I hope you all brewed enough lagers, cream ales, and blondes to keep up with this heat! If not, I’ve heard White Labs (WLP 090) San Diego Super Yeast can bring your beer to complete fermentation in 3-5 days; for us who keg, that’s grain to glass in a week. Let’s get on it! I have a feeling there’s plenty more summer in our future.
With many of us from the club on vacations, weddings, camping excursions, and road trips, it seems like it’s been a while since we’ve had a packed house. But since it’s summer, let’s continue taking advantage of it! So, this month’s meeting will be a cook-out/camping option at Wes Nick’s Residence. Wes and Joelle have invited the club up to their place for a Pot Luck BBQ! Here are the details:
This month’s club will be the Friday Night (July 19th) @ 6:30pm.
1. Wes and Joelle are supplying Hot Dogs, Buns, their grill, and backyard (for camping options)
2. You are to bring a side dish and/or anything else you would like to throw on the grill!
3. Bring some camping chairs and (if you’d like to camp out) a tent
4. Homebrews to taste and discuss
